pink (ROSÉ)

Garnacha Negra - Syrah

Made exclusively from Garnacha vines planted over 40 years ago. When the grapes arrive to the winery they go directly to the press with almost automatic saignée (about 30-45 minutes) of the free run must. After the fermentation we keep the wine with the fine lees during 2 months.

Pale salmon pink color with a subtle bluish hue. Fine and complex aroma, a mixture of fresh and floral notes, red fruits with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate has a very friendly, sweet sensation, velvety, in balance with its lively acidity.

GARNACHA BLANCA

Garnacha Blanca

Hand picked Garnacha Blanca. Whole bunch direct press to minimise the extraction of tannins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with lees battonage for 3 months.

Medium straw-green coloured, it exhibits an attractive perfume of mineral, spring flowers, white peach, and melon that jumps from the glass. On the palate it is exceptionally concentrated, mouthfilling, and vibrant with just a touch of bitterness.

GARNACHA NEGRA

Garnacha

Hand picked Garnacha. After destemming and crus- hing, maceration and fermentation takes place in stain- less steel tanks, followed by pressing and malolactic fermentation.

The wine is notable for its bright red cherry colour. On the nose, it is very aromatic, spicy and intense with notes of red fruits and flowers. Medium bodied on the palate, the acidity of the garnacha shines through and the wine finishes in juicy sweetness and ripe tannins.

VERDEJO

Verdejo

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed of 2 months of weekly battonages with the fine lees.

Clear straw colour. Very expressive nose of gooseberry, apples and white fruits. Impressively rich, good acidity and fine balance on the palate.
